My Lord,
After seeing ... last week, I wrote to the man at Stockton who applied for the Hong Kong barber, and have just heard from him practically withdrawing from his application.
Negotiation with another one ... He says he is in ... This reduces the field to the man whom I have seen and whom I think an unsuitable person for reasons which I gave you.
If this appointment could be held until the middle of July, I have no doubt I could get a suitable one, but at the present moment there is none forthcoming.
